I feel pathethic and supid and I remember painful memories.
I wish I could look at myself in the mirror and not cry and just smile for once.

This is actually an exercise that I used to do when I was participating in a positive attitude course , when if you are trying to become a better person and you have good self esteem you can actually see your entire body very tiny in your eyes .

Thats not good, the eyes are the key to your soul. If you ever want to know what someone's thinking, cover the rest of their face with your hands and look at their eyes only. Then youll see how they really feel.

Look deeper, past the sadness. There is a time in there when you were happy. Find it. Hold it close and let it carry you through to a better time.

Pure passion.

Love, Jack.

PS: Do something nice and /or enjoyable for yourself to lift your mood - also do something nice for someone else (without them knowing about it) to also lift your mood. Then get a good night's rest, and look again tomorrow, mmmkay?
