The reason for my question is I just answered a question about this dude and he thinks his cousin is gay because he touches him and makes weird comments. NEway...it spurred this question....so if you're homosexual is hitting on your relatives of the same sex count in the incest catagory?
Think about it....incest is gross because of imbreeding right? So if you're homosexual there's no breeding...so can you get it on with you're sister/brother or something and it's still cool?

Incest is a legal term so it depends on your jurisdiction, but homosexual activity would still count as incest. Just for the record, sex with first cousins actually isnt considered incest in many jurisdictions... many studies have shown that the gene pool would be large enough to not cause problems.

legally it's still incest, but i can see your point. the whole taboo on incest stems from the fact that it produces bad offspring - but there's not likely to be many kids borne out of THAT relationship. so it doesn't seem like SUCH a big problem as brother and sister.

As a gay guy, i am going to allow you to realize there have been no annoying aspects that made me gay. and also you'll get a similar answer from 9,995 out of 10,000 human beings (the different 5 are nuts). newborn abuse is non-consensual and hurtful. It doesn't matter whether children can be born out of such activity or not....the fact is: it is totally wrong to be touched in an inappropriate way by any family member. Or for anyone for that matter....but, especially a family member.
