dont tell that u love her.instead u do something by which she can fell that u cares about her.be a good friend of her first.share her sorrows,happines,desires,likeings-sothat she can understand ur faithfulness.once u become her frnd-then bst frnd and if it is done --the time will led u to a more intimating relationship-where none of u have to say anything-it will be done.love only fulfil with time.believe me -i m successful.hope it will be fr u too.best of luck

Wait a little while, see how she acts around you, if she's your friend and you aren't sure whether or not she loves you have someone else ask her casually. If she's not your friend then just ask her out you don't have anything to lose.
