Need help hooking up my dvd/vcr player. I already have the digital cable box hooked up to the tv. How do I hook up the player so that i can record a cable channel? I have a set of the red/yellow/white cord and a set of the red/green/blue cord.

connect ur digi box with vcr ..then vcr out to tv in ...use red/yellow/white cable to connect dvd player out to tv's video input.

you have to hook the cable box to the vcr then the vcr to the tv

from digital box, connect the RYW cord to the DVD/VCR, from DVD/VCR connect the RGB cable to your TV component input.
set your TV to receive signal from your DVD/VCR.
