contacts, they do not get wet in the rain

I VERY much prefer glasses to contact lenses. If glasses did not exist and I could have contact lenses or nothing I would go without glasses.

Contacts because they correct the peripheral vision (side vision) which glasses don't do. They also don't fog up in the rain or in a steamy bathroom.

There are some wonderful new contacts (Pro Clear and Oasis) that contain more water than others and are great for those with dry eye syndrome.

I tried contacts once, but never did get adjusted to them. I have warn glasses since I was 5. That is a long time since I am 55. I prefer my glasses, because I can't get adjusted to contacts.

I prefer contacts because I don't have to struggle looking for my glasses especially when my vision is not that great. Plus, I just pop them in my eye and leave it there day and night. When I wake up in the morning I have 20/20 vision.

I prefer glasses. I just slip them on and off, no messing around with liquids to sanitize or clean like you need to with contacts. Contacts go right up against your pupil .. although they are relatively safe , .. there is always more risk when you have something against the lens of your eye(s). Besides, glasses make you look more intelligent ! Good luck :)

When I needed vision correction, I preferred my glasses, becuz I could put them on and take them off anytime I wanted. I didnt have to worry about the cleansing solutions and all that. They didnt irratate my eyes like my contacts did. I just thought my glasses were easier...all around.

I like both of them for different reasons. Glasses are easier to throw on in a hurry and much simpler to take care of. However, I think I prefer my contacts becase they can't break, don't get blurry when it rains, and also are extrememly comfortable.

I usually wear my glasses because I've never found any contact lenses that are comfortable.

i wore glasses from 7th grade to age 40. i couldn't wear contacts due to dry eye syndrome. i would much rather have worn contacts. 8 years ago i had lasix done (was legally blind) and now i am 20/15. best surgery i ever had and now glases/contacts is a not a problem.

I like contacts, when I had glasses I was always breaking them or someone wouldn't see them and knock them off the table and they got stepped on, and my contacts are in my eyes so I never have to look for them.
