Only if you're good at it. If you're not, you'll just make things worse. :?)
Seriously, though: My first question is, why do you have trouble having real orgasms? Is it hard for you to relax during sex? Does your mind keep wandering? Do you feel guilty? Do you think there's something "wrong" with you?
Could your partner be doing things differently to help you achieve orgasm? If so, have you discussed it, or do you feel uncomfortable about that?
Consider talking to a counselor (with or without your partner). Solving the problem may be simpler than you think---then the issue of "faking or not faking" would be irrelevant (and you'd have a lot more fun as well!).
If there are serious obstacles to this---for example, if you have strong negative feelings about your partner, or if your partner doesn't care about your happiness---then it may be more important to look at your whole relationship before you decide whether you should start faking orgasms.

No - what is the point - if you are not having an orgasm - then you are not getting the best from the sex act - and you are deceiving yourself and whom ever or whatever you are having sex with. Plus I would have thought you might be a little sore and not moist !

NO! Don't do that. Give him lessons in using a vibrator or what ever turns you on. If you lie about how he makes you feel he'll never learn how to please you.
That is unless he's a useless shag, which in that case it might be a good idea.

well the obvious answer is no but that also means that if you tell him that you are faking he isnt gonna like it now is he? so what you do is you have to take control of the siuation and tell him what you like if he is hitting ur g spot beg him to do it harder or if you like him to i dunno bite spank or kiss some thing/where then do it to him or tell him, honesty is the best policy!
