Its not cheating - but i would want to know why he was keeping it a secret, does he have something to hide? Or does he just not want to hurt you or make you jealous.... but you shouldnt be jealous over a lunch with co-workers anyway... Id ask why he kept it from me and see what his answer is. Then tell him youd prefer him to be upfront about it.
Would he be ok if you went to lunch with male co-workers? Thats always a good way t ofind out, put the shoe on the other foot. If he would have a probelm with you doing it then he shouldnt, and vice versa...

If there's nothing going on between you and those co-workers, then why do you feel you have to hide it? You obviously feel guilty if you even have to ask this question. Why don't you bring it up in a casual conversation with your fiancee? You know, just say, "yeah, me and a couple of people from the office were gonna go out to lunch", and give names. If she doesn't seem okay with it, then you know what line not cross in the relationship. But if she doesn't think anything of it, then you're okay.

Depends. If they are just friends/coworkers grabbing lunch, then they shouldn't have to go around announcing it, but there also should be no reason to hide it either. If there's more to it than platonic friendship, then it's cheating, and the marriage should be reconsidered.

no, it's not cheating. My fiance has female friends and I have male friends. It's only cheating when sex is involved or sexual situations. Just because a guy and a girl go out together doesn't mean that they have a relationship beyond friendship.

I have gone out to lunch with male friends and have not told my husband. Not that I was trying to hide anything but it wasn't that serious, on my part, so I didn't think of it as a big deal. We as women come down too hard on men oftentimes so be gentle.
Good Luck.

Yes that is cheating, if he is taking them out, he's paying for it and its a "date" in the sense of a few more than friendly touches then yes it is cheating.

At first I would have said no but then it hit me.....if he is not telling his fiance then what (if anything) is he hiding? It is not cheating if there is nothing going on but having lunch. It's not cheating, it's more...can we call it hiding?

well, it's not really cheating but to go out with other female co-workers and not tell his fiance is a little awkward. especially if they are about to get married. i know i would tell my soon-to-be-wife about it and ask her opinion.

No thats not cheating. As long as he doesnt sleep with her. My boyfriend always goes to lunch with his girls friends from work. You just have to trust him.
