Its a folder done by an excoworker, its named "Melissa Vaughn is super cool!!!" and my virus software dose not detect it nor deleting it on safe mode work. I delete it and then when I reboot my computer it pops up again. sometimes just after a few hours. can anybody help me!!!

I have tried looking in the start up, i cant find anything that looks off, plus i disabled everything that i was unfamiliar with and it still happens

Check start / startup and see if there are any custom made files that could be doing this. sounds like a program is being loaded everytime during startup. Do a test for me:
1. go into safe mode and delete folder
2. restart and go into safe mode AGAIN. if the folder isn't there, then a program must reside in your start up. go to start / run / msconfig / OK... click on the startup tab and scroll through program list and find the program that's causing it.. find the location and delete it.

Are you sure that there's no one using remote software to access your computer remotely?
