Went to a yearly wild game feast. We had raccoon, possum, beaver, elk, wild turkey, geese, alligator soup and of course deer.
It was all very good. I still have never tasted squirrel and would love to. My favorite wild game though would have to be fried alligator. That is so good and can usually only find it in New Orleans and Florida.
