With out going into much detail -Masturbation is when you pleasure your self with fingers,a intimate object. In order words you insert something into your sexual orifice and/or massage your clitoris.
Orgasm is the feeling of you feel from doing the above. Not all women reach this point but still enjoy the act. Sexual relations with a partner can give you an orgasm. During this phase different women experience different feeling or reactions.

masturbation is giving yourself sexual pleasure, usually by manipulating your genitals. an organism is a living being, made up of organs, but as this seems to be about sexuality, i assume you mean an orgasm. an orgasm is the climax of a sexual experience, blood will rush to your genitals so they'll get warmer, your heart will beat faster, your breathing will become deeper etc. it's an amazing feeling and quite good for you, uses up the calorie equivalent of a cream bun apparently... ;-)
