Supersize Me. He ate nothing but fast food for a month. Forgot the guy's name, but he has a show called 30 days on FX. Same concept as the movie but it involves other people; last night's episode had a woman who works for an abortion clinic spend 30 days living in a pro-choice maternity home.
You can rent the movie on Netflix, blockbuster.com, etc.

it was called "Super Size Me" and it was scary. Before I saw it, I ate fast food maybe 3 times a year. Now, I won't eat it at all.
