Oscar is searching for one last big fight before he finally exits boxing, he wants Floyd Mayweather. There has been some talk of maybe Trinadad again but in my opinion that fight Willl never happen, I don't think that there's that much interest in that fight. The fight with Floyd might happen and if it does, Oscar will be the first man to stop Floyd. There are some problems, Oscar is trained by Floyd's father, and he has gone on record as saying "Even though Floyd and I are not as close as we should be, how's it gonna look for a man to train someone to beat his son." I'm sure he said more but that's all that comes to mind right now, you'll get one of these people who answers questions in this forum only once in a great while that will cut and paste a whole interview with Floyd Sr. but that's not my style. Another problem will be the money Oscar will be the draw, but Floyd's ego thinks that he is, Floyd will demand way too much money for this fight. Although I can not stand Floyd he is a very good boxer and it would be a real good fight until Oscar stops in he 10th round. Thanks for a great question Sugerrsalazar.

YES (all capitals) the man is a cash machine he has one big payday coming up. Despite all the rumors with regard to him and Mayweather fighting or not fighting I'm gonna guess it will happen. Strictly a money decision for the Golden Boy. He will lose if he faces Mayweather.

although oscar has not confirmed it yet, but i think he will because of the money he generates from fighting ... the initial news states that he wanted to fight the best in "floyd mayweather" to solidify his status as a future hall of famer ... but he was recently interviewed and he said that there were talks of a rematch with felix trinidad ... no one knows for sure, but everybody wants to see him fight again! especially against mayweather!

I think the Golden Boy is past his prime and needs to hang up the gloves.
If he fights Floyd, Golden Boy is gone by the 5th round.

Yes. Against Mayweather. Too much money for it not to happen.
