Time is not the factor, as each pork loin is different, as is each oven. So, the internal temperature of the meat is the only true way to cook pork roast (or most anything else - for that matter) ... so invest a few $$ and buy an instant meat thermometer (about $10 for a small digital to stick in and temp the food -- or $30 for one you can stick in the food and leave it there and set the console to beep when the desired temp is reached.
The health dept will tell you most meat is done at about 180 degrees F, most chefs will tell you that pork is done at 155 degrees F. I am a Chef. I like to Braise my meats (after searing them for brownness) so they do not require basting. Good Luck!!

Hiya Maltese Mamma! How about trying this: Slice enough onion to cover the bottom of your roasting unit. Place the pork roast on top of the onions and add 1 cup of water. Pour a full bottle of store bought Italian Dressing over the roast, sprinkle a little dill weed, chili powder, and garlic powder on the roast. Cover the roaster and cook @ 275ºF [or if applies 135ºC] for about 4 hours, [or 260 minutes if applies, lol]. Doing this old school method, low and slow is bold, you'll have a falling off the bone tender pork roast that has an awesome flavor that may be further seasoned with BBQ sauce. You may also place sliced carrots, parsnips and celery around the roast and when it's done, you'll have roasted vegetables that also tastes awesome. I hope this help you, good luck.

You want the internal temp to be 155 F in the center of the thickest part of the roast. Best guess, 75-90 minutes at 325 F, make sure to baste or it'll be pretty dry. If you don't have a meat thermometer, you'll have to cut into the roast to make sure it's done.
