you should get over this relationship. It's time to move on with your life. You have the right to meet other women. Cry it out, release your feelings!! This is the best thing to do to vent out whatever you feel and just have some alone time. Talk to a friend or someone trusted about what you thought about your ex. Go out with your friend for just a day out of relaxing and enjoyment. Make sure you don't go somewhere that will bring memories of your ex. Get rid of any possessions your ex gave you. You can keep them if you think they are beneficiary or they bring good memories, but only look at it as a token of friendship, not of your relationship. If they bring bad memories, then throw it out or dispose of it in any way you desire. Don't hang things from your ex all over your room. It shows that you are still obsessed and really into your ex.

There was a doctor that I used to go to, and he treated people from all over. He used acupuncture and had a 98% success rate. I have not Had migraines in years ,so there for didn't need it but it is worth the try, make sure you go to a acupuncture practitioner, or Doctor of alternate medicine.. best of luck

Try to figure out what triggers them. i.e. food, exercise, stress, fatigue. I kept track of what i was doing and how i felt every time i got a migrainee, after a while i figured out that most of the times i got a migrain was because i was either hungry or stressed out. There a couple that came out of nowhere but i was able to control most of them. Good luck

The thing that's worked the best for me is meditation. Wow, it's a whole new world. I suffered with them for so long. This is so easy and so good for you. The deminished migranes were a side benefit I didn't know anything about. Yes!! Good luck.

I read recently that sniffing green apples when they are coming on can stop them from forming. It will only cost you an apple to find out if this works.

The one thing I have heard works, from a friend of mine that suffered this, is Bio-feedback.
