It may help you lose weight, but it could get you sick if it's all you can eat. You may get thinner, but you'll look worse. It's not a balanced diet. Nutrition is what you need. The simplest and best way is to start small. Instead of putting butter & jelly on toast, only choose one. Eat every meal, just limit snacks to none or only 1 low cal snack per week. Excersise. The oldest tricks are the best and healthiest tricks. If you don't want to go to the doctor than don't eat only yogurt and salad. It will make you look worse.

I would never suggest this...how long realisticly can you eat salad and yoguart. Also remember that yoguart has a lot of Sugar and that if you drench your salad in dressing that has lots of fats, etc. I personally suggest a good balanced diet. Eat 4 small meals a day...just over all focus on healthy choices. You will not beieve the lil things you can change that will help you loose weight. Loosing weight is all about portion control and excersize....if i ate 1 cheeseburger a day...I would eventually loose weight, but that doesnt mean it is healthy for you. I try to watch my sugar intake...i eat a lot of sugar free...I also stay away from white straches...eat whole grain items. Watch how you cook your food...butters oils...using condiments such as salad dressings, mayo, etc. I always put my dressing on the side and dip it...you use way less. there are a lot of things you can do! good luck!!

Probably will work just fine. The food groups you'd be eating are not too bad in terms of being healthy, either. Kind of a vegetarian diet. Cutting out the fats and breads and desserts sure will cause a weight loss. Good luck.

It may - but you are likely to give it up sooner or later because it is restrictive. If you go on a balanced low calorie diet, you are more likely to lose weight rather than 'fad' diets.
