Ok Killer I am a guy so I am gonna say yes. You know why because he said he would call you back. If you call him back without waiting then that means you really can't live without him at this point and he has all the cards in the relationship and can control it. You have just given him the power. So go ahead call him. Give him the power.

if he said he would call you then wait for him to call. if you call him, it'll be like, "why haven't you called me? you said you would." it'd seem kind of like you were sitting by the phone waiting, and that freaks guys out. so if he said he would call, wait for him to call.
