i know what town they live in. they were adopted out threw dcfs i know their names but they r still underage

best to wait till they want to be found, Let your son know about them I guess, if he's ready for that, but legaly I don't think you have much chance untill the kids are old enough to want to be found, that's usually from a legal standpoint, about 18

What are the ages of the children..
Maybe you could write the people that have adopted them, I don't know.. and let them know that when the children are old enough, and if they wish it, you are willing to meet with them. Tell them that they have a half brother, and send a picture along. Ask if it would be alright if you sent the children letters, or cards for both their birthdays and Christmas.. If you can, it may be best to go through an attorney.. or a local minister..
Be prepared, the parents of the children may not wish for any contact, now, or later.. in which case, please, respect their wishes.

If they are in TX I might be able to find them. Otherwise you need to look up the adoptive parents.
