Someone has seen The Craft.
No, we don't use blood, however we do use a Goblet- we usually use wine, or apple juice, or some sort of non-carbonated beverage.
While in Pagan History, there are religions that did religious sacrifice, that is no longer the case today. I'm sure that the Drop of blood thing came from an old initaition ritual that is no longer practiced- where blood may have represented a womans menses, or the life-energy in us all ( it is hard to believe that ancient people would not have noticed that when a person bleeds too much they die, and wouldn't make a connection between blood and life).
As for the Goblet, we usually call it a Chalice- although goblet works just as well, as it is, in fact, a Goblet until you Consecrate it for Ritual Use.

Wicca does not involve human blood or drinking blood of any kind. Someone is filling your head with nonsense. Wicca is acknowledging the natural world around us. Learn about Wicca, don't make assumptions.

Wicca is peaceful and lovely, they are not demonic or drink blood or have anything to do with blood. They do use goblets.

Goblets, yes. Blood, not in wicca.
Since several people mentioned it, if you do bother to research wicca you will find that they are the kindergarten of the neo-pagan movement, sort of an introduction to neo-paganism. Most of their adherents haven't even researched the wiccan history themselves (it's short, not a lot of reading or complicated words).
If you are offering your blood though.....

Wicca is much differant.
you will find very little "blood magick" in most of the new age pagan beliefs. and even less in the traditional pagan beliefs.
