if u brush ur teeth more than twice a day, u should lower that and wait for ur enamel to get stronger... also, if ur using whitening strips, that could be why. when u brush ur teeth, brush up and down, not side to side. :)

Don't listen to those oxymorons. You needed your milk as a fetus, your teeth were already being formed as you were. Milk now will help your bones. But the best thing for your teeth now is Prevident 5000, and you have to get a prescription from a dentist. Look up dentists at a free clinic in your phone book.

well when your teeth were growing you should have had plenty of calcium. If theyre fully developed it wont really matter. Just brush and floss daily...
