Does elevated ammonia content in a 12 yr old pug dog's urine indicate any health concerns?

Indoor dog with diet of soft dry dog food and some table scraps. A year ago her urine was odor neutral.

it indicates a major health problem, as those who sniff 12 year old urine probably need some form of mental health checkup. see a doctor immediately, don't worry about the dog it'll be dead soon anyway

Might have a kidney problem. See the vet as she is an elderly dog and they have special needs at this age.

Probably not drinking enough and why do you give your dog table scraps? You don't like her?
