Sit ups and mild weight lifting help. Walking and jump rope. Swimming and biking.
If you can afford it try a local gym. They have the equipment you need.

You didn't mention how you lost weight, but sometimes going on a diet makes your body "selfish". When you end the diet, and eat normally, your body holds on to every extra bit of energy, and stores it - on that belly, hips and thighs. You may have lost some muscle, too.
If your body has very little muscle, any excess weight you have is fat. Muscle burns calories 24 hours a day, but if you don't have much muscle, your metabolism can slow down, and if you don't watch what you eat, you could gain a real belly in a short period of time. So exercise will really help tighten and tone your whole body.
Start slow, work up to exercising 4-5 times a week, for 30 minutes. Walking, biking, swimming are all great, and cheap! If you aren’t active to start out, then that will start building some muscle.
Keep a food diary. When you start, don't worry about counting fat or calories, just notice how much and what you are eating. Start learning what foods are good and bad. Just seeing it written down can be a surprise - you don't always notice how much you really eat when you eat it, but you sure notice every extra pound when you see yourself in the mirror. Watching what you eat helps you stay focused and eat healthier.

hi
Try this simple plan it really works so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx

Eat a diet consisting mainly of vegetables (80%).
Cut out the starches (breads, pastas, cereals), but in its place, substitute fiber and B vitamins.
Stay away from fried food, shortening, butter, partially hydrogenated fats, monosodium glutamate, hamburger, and candy.
Snack on fruits instead.
