which is better to help lose weight treadmill or stationary bike? and how long 30 min or longer ?? and also i had twins are crunches effective to lose the skin or is there another excersise

I did belly dancing and ballet at the same time to lose that midriff when I was younger. Now I do Pilates and Yoga to keep the sagging flesh firm. Stationary bike is probably lower impact and can help save your knees.
