Satan was once God number one angel with the sweetest singing voice, until he tried to out do God, and he had to go. God has been existing with Satan this long. Why not get rid of evil, have you look out your window? Read any papers?.

In ancient Jewish tradition Satan is simply an angel doing the work that God assigned to Satan to do.
The word Satan means challenger. With the idea of Satan challenging us, or tempting if you will. This description sees Satan as the angel who is the embodiment of man's challenges. This idea of Satan works closely with God as an integral part of God plan for us. His job is to make choosing good over evil enough of a challenge so that it becomes clear to us that there can be only one meaningful or logical choice.
Contrast this to Christianity, which sees Satan as God's opponent. In Jewish thought, the idea that there exists anything capable of setting itself up as God's opponent would be considered polytheistic or setting up the devil to be an equally powerful polarity to god or a demigod.
Oddly, proof for The Christian satan/devil mythology is supposedly found in the ancient Jewish texts that were borrowed to create the bible. One can’t help but wonder how Christians came up with such a fantastically different interpretation of Gods assistant Satan in their theology.
Other hints about Satan’s role in human relations can be seen if you look at the name Lucifer. It meaning in the original tongue translates as Light bearer or light bringer. Essentially the bringer of enlightenment. The temptations of the Satan idea bring all of us eventually into Gods light. Hardly the Evil entity of Christian mythology.

You are incorrect.
God is more powerful than Satan. At the right moment, He rescues us from Satan's worthless, evil plans. When he rescues us, we are free from dark, empty lives. Your life is filled with either "good" or "evil".
Without evil....it's all good!
No pun intended.

Wow thats deep... NOT!!!! Evil is simply the absence of God. What is this psycho babble without thought. This is suppose to be one of the arrogant questions like "If a tree falls in the wood and there is no one there to hear it..." God is supreme. He has revealed Himself so perfectly and you refuse to simply look at what He has shown you. Be happy in your ignorance. Life is short but eternity is very long.

Yes there is.
God is good....He does not need Satan to prove His goodness.
However, Satan does help magnify the goodness of God.
All things work together for good to them that love the Lord.
God takes the bad things that happen to us, and uses them for good.

where do you get your reasoning?
God creared Lucifer, who rebelled and was renamed 'satan'.
Look at the evil in this world......a good reason to get rid of him.
How is it there is no good without evil?
The abesnce of evil is good. God is good. Satan is evil/bad. So.....the absence of satan = good.
To overcome evil helps to get closer to God.

If one believes that God is infinite, then one must concede that nothing is separate from God. Therefore, any 'Satan' that exists must be of God itself!
