Compliment the color instead of trying to match it!

Lets say if the comforter have olive and ocher... try to bring out the ocher, or moss with steel grey, bring the grey out!

Or if it is solid green Moss... what you do is get fabric, make the curtains and then the matching throw pillows as accent!

Tip: Remember, CMYK color code will be different from RGB... which means what you see off the screen on the net and photo is always different from the real thing! ***

Different online companies are going to call "moss" or "olive" a different color. One company might decide their "moss" color is more of a green than your comforter. Plus...photos of products online are going to look different than the actual object when you get it home.

If at all possible, go back to the company that you bought the comforter from and see if they have matching window treatments. Or, grab up some paint samples from your local store and see if you can match the green on your comforter set to one of the paint colors...then go shopping for the window treatments in person.

Otherwise, I think you're going to have a very difficult time finding an exact match to your comforter and you might end up dissapointed. :-(

If you're only option is to shop online, then check out various paint sites for names of paint. Behr, Sherwin Williams, Dutch Boy...they should all have some colors you can check out online so you can get some idea as to what type of green you've got.

Just a thought...

Can you take a piece of the set to a local store and match it up. Even a paint store would probably work. Don't worry to much, there are alot of greens that blend wonderfully.I would have thought that it would have had the colors on the package it was in. Call the company you purchased the set from. Don't give up, it will all work out.
