I just turned 14 in June and my penis has not grown at all, voice has changed I have armpit hair and a ton of pubic hair but my penis is still the 3 1/2 inch eracted it's always been Please Help i am to shy to talk to my parent or a doctor about it

You're still a kid.
Don't think about it.
It's a gradual process, not one that happens overnight.
At 14 the only thing you need to be concerned with as far as your penis goes, is can you use it to urinate with.
Sexually speaking you are allowed to think about it, and not exercise it. So give it time, you're too young to be concerned with size. You're still a kid.

aww...dont be so self conscious..im not a man and i dont know about things like that..but your only 14..thats still reallllllly young..im sure it will get bigger as you get older...and hey..you should never be embaressed to ask your DR anything..no matter how awkward it might seem..dr's have heard it all before..and something that might seem embarresing to you is second nature for them..think of how embarresed girls are to go to the gynocologist...yea..now thats awkward..but then afterwards you realize that they are doctors..that is there profession..and the human body is their job.good luck.
