Is there a difference between diesel and gasoline containers.?

Is it just the color or can i put diesle in a normal red gasoline container. Or do i have to find ones that are made jsut for diesel

one is red, the other is green. They should not be mixed to prevent accidents. There is no physical reason why you can not interchange.

Yes, you can put it in a normal fuel container. It won't get damaged or anything.
