Women . Why do you look at other women when they walk by...?

It could be jelousy...some women are very jelous...But it could also be curiousity or even admiration..

Well I'm usually the one in the office that would get the looks so I really cant tell you. I look at women when they are wearing something I like or have on nice heels or something like that. And you know we can look at women and it not be about jealousy.

Personally, when I 'check out' girls, it's because they're pretty or straight up ugly. I take a glance at them, then turn to the person I'm with and start complimenting them or talking smack. LOL. I do'nt know why women do this. Jealously perhaps? BUt the thing is, I'm not jealous. I just like looking at people? Okay, that didn't come out right.

They just give us something to talk about. That's it basically.

Yes, that is exactly how women are. Men just don't understand this. A guy sees another guy and can say<"Hey, hows it going", but a woman sees another woman and thinks "who does this ***** think she is". I don't know why this happens, but it does. I wonder if it's an American thing (probably). Women suck this way. I've tried whole heartedly to stop myself from doing this. I still do sometimes. What gives me the right to judge anyone? Nothing.

make up tips, i love shoes so i always check another woman's shoes, i can't afford most of them, but i love to look and know where they came from. and dress habits. most women have a better flair for picking outfits that i do, so i figure if they can look good in it, so can i. and legs, i am so jealous (not in a bad way) of a lot of women's legs. i have chicken legs and am very aware of it. when a woman walks by and looks hot, all i can think of is " i sure hope that gym workout pays off pretty soon cuz i want my butt to look like that!"

I look because I am interested in other styles, but if I am on a date I look for all the pretty girls to see if my date notices. Sometimes if I catch them looking I make a comment like, "Yeah I her too, hot huh?" I don't do it to be mean or start a fight , I just love the look of shock on the guy's face! lol.

I'm not usually thinking that, sometimes I'm just thinking... "I wonder where she got that scarf..." Or "Those earings are really dangly, I wonder if I should wear more dangly earings."

Sometimes I am thinking, "You shouldn't wear something so low cut to the office or they will talk to your boobs, not you."

But usually that last one is just because it make all the men think the office is a bar, and can "loosen" the behavior. Which not everyone likes.

Yeah, I actually can agree with everything drsteve said...plus a some of the women are checking them out...you never know who's thinking of switching teams...lol. And no, not me...been there done that.

It can be, but as a female, when i 'check out' other females, i look for the pleasure of seeing another pretty woman.

I may admire their face, hair outfit, a variety of things, but mine isn't out of jealousy, its out of appreciation of the gender and how she presents herself to the world.

Many reasons. Sometimes we look because we admire her shoes or outfit. Other times we look because we'll sometimes compare ourselves to them like "I wish I had her legs, hair, etc", or sometimes we are just plain old jealous. Lol! Although most of the time we are just comparing ourselves to the other woman like I mentioned before.

even though I am a guy,,,,I've noticed the wife does that...
She will say hey look at her boobs they are bigger than mine or she skinny than me...my wife is always feeling that I may leave her for another woman...I've known her for 17 yrs been married for 15 yrs...I keep telling her she's beautiful and I love the way she looks..So I believe many women are worried about the way they look not noticing they are fine as they are...
