theres this guy M and i like him and im pretty positive he likes me too. so he said he'd call me or i should call him, but idk what to do. he hasnt called for 1.5 days now and i really want to talk to him. the last time we talked was 1.5 days ago. if i call him would it seem forward and clingy or would it be ok and casual...

just wait. If he likes you and wants to talk to you, he will call you. If not, wait for 3 more days and tell him whatever you want. If he doesn't call you after that again. Forget him. He's not interested.
