Not sure why you ask this, but I was advised by a dietician to eat small ice cream shakes with a tablespoon or two of peanut butter added during a period when I was severely underweight due to illness. I simply couldn't eat very much at one time, and was advised to do that to regain needed weight.
I'm 6'2", and was under 145 pounds. Normal weight was 180-190. If I stood sideways, and stuck out my tongue, I looked like a zipper!
Other fats, particularly from vegies and nuts, are also rich healthy caloric sources.

Protein and fat are the most caloric "healthy" food, avoid trans fats and poly-unsatureated fats though, stick with Olive, vegetable or canola or other light oils. Any fat that is solid at room temperature is not the best (butter, beef fat, etc) though they are healthier than some other types of fat (polyunsaturated, shortning - which is rancid fat with hydrogen bubbled through it).
Fat from nuts is good, especialy if you eat the nuts.
