I have this friend that over time I believe that I have fallen in love with. I have expressed my feelings toward her several times but get the basic same answer. She says that she doesn't know what she wants but at the same time does not want to rule anything out. I having a hard time dealing with this and don't know if I need to move on or just hang longer. Any advice would be great.

If she has to actually think about if she loves you or not, then she isn't in love with you. She is stringing you along to see if anything better is going to come alone and if not she has you to fall back on. You should tell her that you don't want to beat around the bush anymore and that she needs to tell you straight up if she loves you or not. If she says she doesn't know, then you need to move on and leave her alone.

your life is defined by who you love not by who loves you.
take a chance and dissappear from this person for a while. most times being apart brings up emotions that you never knew were there
