Duh! You are still sining. Eve if you had a good reason God would not forgive you adn you would go straight to Hell becuase you wouldn't have time to ask God to forgive you. You would be dead buy then. God said in His Ten Commandments to not commit murder. You are stuill doing that by killing yourself

Let's leave God out of the question for a moment. From the standpoint I am at, the question you need to think of here is 'Can you live with this decision?'

What I mean by that, is, you feel at this time that your life ends completely once you're dead, and that is not the case. You chose to live here and now, for a purpose, and you're considering wasting your purpose here.

Bringing God back into the question now, He is not going to hold anything against you; He gave you Free Will. After you pass away, hopefully by way of some other means, you will hear, breath and experience Truth. Remember your purpose in life by asking yourself what is Joyous. Rediscover your Higher Self. Bad things and Good things are just a part of everyone life, they make you who you become. And as I said before, you were completely aware of what you were going to go through before you came to be on Earth. You did this for a reason.

It is considered a sin to commit suicide in the Christian faith.
The reason is God created each of us in his image. For you to decide when to take that live would be completely against his plan for you. And a very mortal sin.

Would God be angry? He would not but he would ask you when you appear before him why you did this? Would you have a good answer? To commit suicide just because of what is going on around you makes no sense.

Life is very precious. We are given this gift by god and for you to take it away would be to say to God that what he has done, in creating you, is bad.

Please get some help with someone that can give you a different perspective. You are a unique individual, no one on earth is just like you, and it is very wrong to throw such a wonderful thing away.

Do you want to find out? Play it conservative and get some help dealing with all the "bad stuff going around" you. The world _is_ in turmoil. We're just along for the ride. Have you ever heard of the Chinese curse--"May you live in interesting times."? Well, here we are. Think different (Apple really had a good marketer on that one, if you ask me). Don't watch TV, listen to your heart. Use the Force ;) Take care, but stay in the game.

God has given you the gift of life. The Bible says that he is the source and giver of life (Jer 10:10; Da 6:20, 26; Jn 6:57; 2Co 3:3; 6:16; 1Te 1:9; 1Ti 1:17; Sl 36:9; Jer 17:13.)

Who are we to underestimate this gift, to undervalue it?

Imagine you give someone something very valuable, and he destroys it. Would that make you feel disappointed? Like if he despises your gift? God would feel the same way if you do not take care of the most valuable gift of all… In fact, you would be acting as ruinously as the social environment that you are concerned about.

Think twice and keep trying to obtain the knowledge of God’s real will.

I wish you the best!

God feels life is precious - Did you know that his original plan was for Mankind to live forever? But then we have to understand just why we die in the first place. And why is there Suffering in the world.

It's because of Adam and Eve - they felt did not need God, and became independent in their thinking - so they sinned...and passed that sin down to our day. Satan is also behind all this - as he tempted Eve to sin, to turn against God...Thus a challenge was raised by Satan against God. Satan challenged God's right to rule mankind!

Would God be Angry with you? I think not - He would be saddened that you would want to take your life.

In spite of the awful things we see going on around us - God promised to once again rid the World of all the bad things we see going on. He will destroy Satan and his demons, and all those people who make us suffer as well. Remember Noah and his family - they too had to escape a System in which people were mean 'all the time'. Just like in the Days of Noah, so will be the Time of the End - Matthew 24:1-14.

Daniel 2:44 - speaks of a time when God will set up a kingdom that will never be brought to ruin. And in that Kingdom, we will once again enjoy Paradise as it was originally meant for mankind - on Earth!...not in heaven, as some people think.
Besides - God's original purpose for the Earth - was for it to be a Paradise - be Fruitful, become many!!!

You just have to know that as God loved mankind so much - that he will also change the conditions in which we live as well - as he planned in the first place! Revelation 21:4,5

From a metaphsyical approach you are putting human emotions on God. God is love - simply - love - I do not beleive he has negative human emotions because that is of the ego mind. However, I beleive that people who do decide to end their lives just end up coming back and learning the same lessons, so I think you need to think carefully about your life path. I understand it can be a harsh world at times, but remember that those people who experience the deepest pain can evolve into a very wise human beings who are a tremendous asset to humanity.

I don't know if God would be mad. I think, perhaps, he would be sad.

Bad stuff happens. If you stick it out, I think you will see that it all happened for a reason. God has a plan for you. He would not put you through this if you were not able to get through it.

To get through it, I suggest that you read Psalm 91 - place your trust in God. If you feel like you need to escape this world, maybe you're putting too much faith in this world and not enough trust in God.

Get through one day at a time with the love of Jesus Christ in your heart. This, too, shall pass.

That is a very interesting question and I'm sure there'll be other people with better answers than mine, but...
I say that you should enjoy what God has given to you: a chance at life, and although it may be short, you should enjoy it as much as possible, 'cause you'll never have another shot at it again. As I say, "Aim high, 'cause you'll never shoot again if you miss." Don't kill yourself and don't even think about it, because every moment of your life you spend feeling down and depressed is a moment wasted not being happy and joyful. Try to look past all the darkness and sadness that obscures you, and see all the good things life has to offer. As I also say, "There are many good things in this world; sometimes we just have to look for them."
God would not be angry at you if you killed yourself; he would just be a bit depressed that yet another human has wasted his or her own life because things around him or her weren't going his or her way. If things aren't going well for you, strive to make them better. If you fail, try again. Try, try again.

Many of your respondents have said the right thing. God gave us life and He reserves the right to bring us home in His own time. Suicide is like murder, you are taking a life that is not yours to take. Realize that God gave us challenges/difficulties in life to help us to grow by overcoming those hardships. He will not give us something that is too hard for us. Sometimes we feel that our burden is too heavy to bear but if we pray for help then we can receive the help we need to keep going. Don't ever give up. He rewards us for our being able to endure to the end. If we seek Him in daily prayer and remain faithful to the things He taught us, then we will feel the comfort of the Spirit and that gives us inner peace and the confidence to keep going. That is what I do and I testify to you that it works.

don't fear God, His hand is reaching out to you to give you hope. The world isn't a great place, but there are still a lot of great people around you that you need to find. There are also a lot of people you could help who are in much more dire straits. If you live you can help make the world a better place.
