clapping and praying to the saints?

has anyone heard of clapping in each corner of each room of your house to the saint you want in specific to get your wishes? My mom did it and said it worked 3 times just curious if anyone has heard of or had experience with this.

Never heard of such a thing, and I'll bet it wasn't a saint. A saint is a Christian that's already in heaven.
