Since it has been proved to middle-class Americans we cannot trust our government then we should do something for ourselves.....don't shop any where that allows illegals to gather, do not buy anything made in mexico, do not shop in any stores that advertise in spanish, question your city officials about passing laws that prohibit hiring and/or housing illegals,complain to your elected officials with the threat of losing your vote. These are some of the things I do....more suggestions?

Protest at the INS on a daily basis. It is a shame that the federal government allows this right under their nose.
Home Depot should run them out because it is socially irresponsible and they are a large publicly traded company. Loitering is still a crime.

How can a persons already breaking federal law by taking jobs illegally in this country form a legal Union?
This does not make sense. However, I have seen more idiotic things done before.

I heard Homedept or lowes tried to boot them off before, and they got all kinds of hate mail, and did not want a bad rap.
nw4life2004 - No one is stopping any one from cominginto the United States, they just need to follow through and do it legally ... If they want in the U.S. right now, and free from paying taxxes ... then to bad , they need to follow the law.

I think it is great. It will allow imigration officials to round them up quick. And air conditioned trailors to wait in until the paddy wagon arrives.

If you tell your congressmen to make HR4437 into law then a really simple solution to this gets implemented. People who hire the day laborers go to jail.
