Puerto Ricans use the Phrase "bling-bling" for jewerly and diamonds, cause the phrase refers a brilliant things, new ones, and i heard the phrase in spanglish blingblineo...

I'm sick of bling-bling, yo-yo-yo and the whole nine yards... and every time I see some kid walking around with their pants around their knees and the boxer-shorts up around their chest area, I wanna grab the back of the shorts and yank them up over their head to boot

It's played out. The only times people say it, is when they're making fun of the ghetto-fabulous crowd. People can say "bling" by itself, and know.

Yes, very much so. I'm sick of all these stupid terms. I don't understand why people can't just speak english. Well, I guess making up kidie words for stuff is an easy way to get attention when you are uneducated.
