associated witn my college degree but anway the group split up cause the teacher died of cancer, I thought about going back to school for another degree, the thing is I feel like I am going back in time? Is there something wrong

No, nothing's wrong. It sounds like you enjoy your old hobby more than your current profession--which probably describes most of us. Ask yourself what it is you hope to gain from a second degree, and also, what it is that you aren't happy about right now. Then decide whether that second degree would be a means of addressing your feelings. Maybe finding a community troupe to work with in the evenings could provide a creative outlet and fulfill your desire to do something else, or it may be that there is something going on at work that you aren't enjoying or may be you're tired of what you've been doing and want a change.
If your answer is the last one, then why not go back and get another degree? But if you do, don't go for a second bachelor's, move on to the master's (even if it isn't in the same field, it will take about the same amount of time as a second bachelor's and be worth more).

I'm not certain, but it sounds like you have some strong feelings left over from the earlier college experience. It feels like going backwards perhaps because some of the old memories (maybe related to the death of the dance teacher) are provoking the same emotions you felt then. Perhaps you haven't experienced such emotions since then.
In general there's nothing wrong with you, but you may find that you feel anxious going back to school. If you can persevere, you may find your upcoming experience different and thereby feel like you're moving forward rather than in reverse.
