If you take Lexapro before bedtime, does it help you to fall asleep faster?

It can go either way, and there's no way to know until you take it. Some people become drowsy and others become more alert. If it makes you drowsy, it's best to take it before bed. If you get more jazzed, take it in the morning. Over time, either side effect should lessen.

Well, I take lexepro in the morning and it does not make me drowsy. I have also taken it midday to evening and fallen asleep normally. So I am not sure it affect your energy/sleep patterns.
