My Boston has a spot between her ears, usually this fills in around 5 or 6 months, but hers didn't. Is this going to count against her for desirable markings when breeding her?

No, it shouldn't be seriosly hereditary..if all else of her coloring pattern is correct. .. there may be some mis-marks that follow mom's pattern, but I have seen many mis-marks win championships, if all else is of good quality by AKC breed standards.
I trust that you are aware that about 1/3 or more Bosties must be delivered by C-section...they should be ultra sounded at 55 days post breeding, to see if the pups heads and size are such that she can whelp naturally..

I have a boston terriers at the house and when i got them i researched the breed; no where does it say that it would be a strike agaisnt a dog with spot in between ears. Here is the website that I used in the past.

Study your standard on the AKC website. If you plan on breeding you should have it memorized.

It seems to me that Bostons are one of those breeds where markings are a big thing, but I am not sure.
