I wouldn't eat it. Food safety guidelines state that food should be kept at least 40 degrees F and not get above 65 degrees F to minimize bacteria growth. Sorry. I'm sure it was delicious but I wouldn't risk it. Be safe.

You need to know the correct pressure setting, for meats it is different. Hot water-bathing is good for high-acid foods only, it can cause botulism in low-acid foods. It is a good idea to find a book (maybe in your local library) about canning and food preservation and follow the recipes. I knew someone years ago who canned jars of soup mixes--corn, potatoes, etc. and she would cook some meat and add it to it or else drain it and use for meatloaf filling. Wish I had saved my canning book, got rid of it when I sold the pressure cooker. There were recipes in it for canning whole chickens, etc. but think if it doesn't seal, which happens sometimes, if would have to be done over again or used right away. If there is a Mormon church in your area, they might share some booklets or other resources since they like to store up food.

Any food will eventually go bad if left uneaten or left out of the fridge for any length of time. You will probably get away with it just for the one night. Heat it up really well before eating but if in doubt throw it away ..... better safe than sorry

I wouldn't eat it. French onion soup has cheese in it and that is a diary product so I would throw it out.

Yes - especially because it's prepared with beef bouillon. Even though it's pretty salty, the beef bouillon, bread and cheese will give bacteria plenty of places to start. So, in short...PUT IT IN THE FRIDGE. And if it's been out for over 2 hours...don't eat it!

Not after so short a time. Just bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes or so. It should be fine, if you do that. Chances are, some bacteria grew overnight, but boiling will kill them.

Don't eat it. Bacteria grows on the food left out.
