Salad are basically fillers with nothing but water in them anyway. There are so many alternatives to eating and losing. I do low carb but there is so much that will help you lose weight. But stay away from low fat items they replace the fat with sugar and they will not help you lose weight. You can write me if your interested in low carb.

Salad is mostly lettuce...lettuce is mostly water. Iceberg or regular lettuce really has no taste. But I find that other greens are tastier, like spinach. Also, you could try to enhance the flavor of your conventional lettuce by adding an oil/vinegar dressing or...even though it's not as healthy you could try an Italian or Ranch dressing. You know, it's not just lettuce that's good for you; there's also carrots, peppers (green, yellow, and red), celery, cucumbers, raisins, apples, oranges, radishes, cabbage (red), asparagus, eggplant, zucchini, various seeds and nuts...all of these things either alone or in combination, always in moderation and variation can contribute to a healthy diet and combined with exercises at least three days a week for thirty minutes a session will help to lead a healthier life and shred pounds. Man, that's hard to understand ... 'cuase some of us love salads.
Try juicing. Make vegetable juice.
Spinach
Parsley
Carrots
Celery
Beat
Radish and garlic for taste.
It will truly make you feel good ... good enough so if you didn't like it you'd do it anyway. Cheers!

A platter full of vegetables (raw, broiled, baked, grilled) and use salsa as dip.
Make your own salsa:
a can of tomato chunks
chopped onions
herbs & spices (salt, pepper, oregano)
jalepeno peppers
a half can of corn
1/4 can of beans (kidney beans)
Mix them all together and enjoy.

just lock up all the fatty good and candy and go buy fruits and vegetables. avoid fast food resturaunts with all causes.

well, just count your calories and try eating more fruits instead of junk food,
just try to be healthy instead of fatfree
oohh.. and exercise !!... 30mn walk daily if you could...
