How do you report someone for violating Yahoo answers standards?

I went on the help page and I can't find the report abuse action bar. Can anyone tell me exactly what to do?

There is a bar underneath every question and answer with a thumbs up, thumbs down, a flag etc etc. Click on the flag to report abuse.

The little flag icon below the question, or to the right side of the answer.
