it has more tar than cigarrette, so it affects your lungs and airways. it is supposed to affect your immune system as well, but no conclusive evidence. reproduction chances seem to diminish for heavy users. it is supposed to kill brain cells, but it can also help you to reconnect your brain cells in a different way, that is why horizons seem to expand.

Its probably not as bad as ciggarettes but you are inhaling smoke into your lungs so it does have a negative effect. The best thing you can do is not smoke or do drugs and you will be healthy for a long time.

Since there are so many different compounds in cannabis, it is difficult to predict or accurately measure its effects.
Generally speaking it is addictive drug and can affect everyone in negative way, so it is better, much better, to avoid it. For some medical condition on the other hand is beneficial.

it has recently been found that people that has a mental weakness and use marijuana are at a greater risk of psychosis
it also gives you a lower libido (sex drive)
