My boyfriend and I have been going out for a month and we have never kissed, only hugged. Finally he kisses me on the cheak. Does that mean he wants to kiss me on the lips next time? I never had a boyfriend so before so i need some tips.

What he's trying to tell you is that he's ready for kissing, and by kissing you on the cheek it's sort of an "intro" to kissing and he's testing to see if you're comfortable with it and ready to kiss. If you are then hug him, stare at him deeply in the eyes, and move in for a kiss. But make sure you and him are on the same page first. You don't want to scare him off. Good luck.

Well maybe he is just taking it slow which is not a bad thing at all. Some guys are shy about affection and kissing is a very loving thing. He will probably work up to your lips but how about talking to him about how he feels.
