get to know her ask some other guy's or girls you trust who hang out with her and get to know her, since she doesn't know you she wouldn't know anything about you. so make on of those friends who know her to tell her about you if she does seem interested then make sure you know (so you wouldn't make a fool of yourself) and that's the time to ask her out......sorry if don't understand me......get to know her some how and when you know she knows you as much as you know her then ask her out......K..........?
