if you don't know her she probably doesn't like you, she probably just thinks you're hot. if you talk to her then maybe you can get to know her and she would actually be able to like you instead of just liking your looks.

shes clearly possibly interested...shes trying to see if ur lookin at her. shes trying to figure out who u are and what ur like. she amy be to shy to talk to her...if u want to....go and talk to her...clearly shes not making the first move...as far as i know.
