How can I upgrade my computer from Windows 95 to Windows 98 or better?

Do I download it off of the internet, or do I buy a disc or what? How much does it cost?

If you want to go to Windows 98, Second Edition, there's quite a few original programs available on ebay. See the below link for just one of them. That's the way I'd do it. Good luck.

You either download it illegaly,but beware that because its illegal it may cause problems.
The other way is to buy it safely from some good store or online store

Look on ebay. You may be in for a lot of work, or it may be a piece of cake.
