Great question. It's the 3 cycle rule. 4th time is wet, wipe and go.

I have a better question for you ...do you HONESTLY look up uranus every time you finished wiping to make sure that you've finished wiping ??? If so, when you go at it at a public restroom, do you have to leave the stall with your pants around your ankles and waddle up to the mirror, and stick uranus up to it to be able to check the state of your wiping job ???

Actually, I don't think everyone's thinking it.
I don't think hardly anyone's been thinking about it.
So, in the name of scientific research, the next time you're finished on the can, shut your eyes. When you finish wiping sniff. If you think you're clean, check it and see. Now you've solved another of the world's pressing problems.

How ironic that I would have heard two people ask that. Last time we were up to visit my bf's family, his mom asked the same thing. We said they probably sniff it. LOL
