well the only way to be ready to be eligible to be pregnant is to have your period. Well to answer your question you could or might become pregnant.

Despite what people say,you can get pregnant anytime you have unprotected sex reguardless of when your period is.It doesnt matter,when you have unprotected sex you risk yourself getting pregnant.The only full proof way of not getting pregnant is not having sex at all.Good luck.
