This is what is wrong with our society today. Everyone is so concerned with outer beatuy these days and are too impatient to discover inner beauty. Outer beauty changes and fades over time. You should be more into looking for inner beauty something that will last a lot longer than youthful looks. No relationship can survive with out solid communication and chances are that if you go for someone just for there looks the relationship proabbly wont last because you can't connect with their personality.

That's just the way it is. But check out this quote from the article.

Status and beauty really ARE everything...no matter how you look at it...you cannot be successful without either being very good looking...or knowing the right people (status)...it is just life...THANK GOD FOR MY GOOD LOOKS!!!!
oh...and outer beauty only fades if you run out of money...

Do you honestly beleive it has been any different in any society anytime in the history of any culture? That is rather ingenious. The world is a cold cruel place and you adapt or die. If you can find someone that will stop long enough to find your "inner beauty" the best of luck to you.

they worry about how other people look at them by their outer looks that they don't take time to clean their insides
all this dates back for centuries even during the Egyptians times when they washed the outsides of their goblets but not the inside beautiful and shiny on the outside and dirty on the inside who cares how i look as long as im happy with myself

B/c society is shallow. However, you my friend will make a good husband one day (if ur not already). My hubby also knows there is more than looks to a person & let me tell you it makes me feel very secure.

i think that people are concern about their outter beauty because the rest of the world makes it a stigma to be totally perfect on the out side
and although we know that could never happen we're trying our best to come as close to it as we possibly can
