Your cookies would still be delicious and even healthier. Sugar in the Raw is actually much healthier to use, as it is not processed and bleached with chemicals. Can I have a cookie, instead of points...ha, ha. Have a good day...now I'm thinking about baking some cookies. Thanks, I think........smile

Most people use a mixture of white and brown sugar to make chocolate chip cookies, so if you only used sugar in the raw it would sort of be the same thing.

You would make a better tasting cookie. use the same amount as granulate sugar. You may want to put the sugar in the blender or food processors for a few seconds to get a better consistant granual

I don't think they would turn out any different. All Sugar-in-the-Raw is is unprocessed sugar cane, but I don't think it's as fine as granulated sugar. I suggest starting with a small batch.

You'll notice more granularity due to the larger sugar crystals, probably. I doubt it will change the recipe otherwise.

you do realize that table sugar is one of the purest foods we have in the modern world, don't you.. its like 99.999% pure sucrose. no impurities, "toxins", etc.

If you've ever seen the manufaturing process of "raw" sugar, you wouldn't eat that garbage.

your cookies would be nicer, with a slightly more nutty flavour. they might also be slightly less smooth.
