Sometimes I get pain on the whole front side of my face (either left or right, not both) and it feels like it is in my nose, ear, cheekbone and jaw (like wisdom tooth area). I had the wisdom tooth already removed there (no cavities) so I wonder if this is "ghost" pain from the tooth or a migraine? Or sinuses? Anyone have something similar?

It could be a migraine (have had them affect my jaw), tooth infection, sinus infection or ear infection (happened to me recently - never had an ear infection as a kid - got one last year and now I understand why they scream so much when they have one). If it persists, you definitely want to have it checked out - never know what it could be.

It probably isn't a migrane, but it could be serious sinus problems. You have sinuses all over your head, not just around your nose. It could also be, as you said, pain from where your wisdom tooth was removed. The two are not unrelated, since you have sinus cavities just above your upper jaw.

It could be from sinus infections but I'm wondering if you are experiencing TMJ pain which I hear is one of the most painful things possible. It's a problem with the jaw joint. I doubt if a migraine would do this. There is a large nerve that runs down the side of the face that could be irritated too. Please ask a doctor.

i dont think so migraine is caused by blood rushing to the end of the blood vessels in your head so i dont think your teeth and jaw would be capable of having a migraine

It could be TMJ, or the onset of a migraine.
